In 2011, Paul launched BSM Group in London, expanding to the U.S. and establishing Taurus Search, with a New York City headquarters in 2015. Under his leadership, BSM is now operated entirely under the Taurus Search brand and has grown into an international brand with recruitment desks and office locations across Europe and North America.

Evan oversees client engagement and recruitment processes, drawing on strong analytical and relationship-management skills. He delivers targeted search solutions in Risk, Compliance, and Quant sectors.

Thomas manages search projects across financial services, leading the Treasury discipline. His track record includes successful placements in both buy and sell side firm, backed by expertise in client needs and candidate fit.

Amy specializes in audit and assurance recruitment across financial and corporate sectors. She draws on her experience to match clients with skilled auditors capable of delivering compliance and operational insight.

Chrissie recruits mid‑ and senior‑level accounting and finance professionals. Her strength lies in understanding industry demands and aligning candidate expertise with client objectives.

James leads high-level search mandates within Energy & Infrastructure across all of financial services. Leveraging strategic insight, he excels at placing mid and senior roles across the North & South American markets.

Victoria began her career in subscriptions marketing for Europe’s largest software company before moving into Integrated Marketing at Dow Jones in London. She went on to hold leadership roles in high-growth technology startups in London and New York. In 2020, Victoria transitioned into recruitment, combining her expertise in marketing and organizational strategy to support Taurus Search’s global growth.

Shanice sources finance and accounting talent within the funds industry, focusing on roles that support financial reporting, analysis, and operations in buy side firms.

Molly specializes in credit recruitment, placing candidates in roles spanning structuring, execution, credit analysis, portfolio management, credit risk, credit review, and workouts. She primarily partners with sell-side institutions of all sizes and has made placements across teams in all industry sectors.

Robert focuses on Market risk and quantitative recruitment. He sources candidates for roles in risk modeling, regulatory compliance, and analytics across the financial services sector.

Jerry joined Taurus Search after earning his BA in Human Resource Management from Rutgers in 2020. Jessica began her career in the insurance sector before relocating to NYC and joining a boutique recruitment firm focused on back-office hires. Since then, she has built an expertise in placing top professionals in accounting, valuations, operations, and investor relations roles at some of the most respected funds across the United States.
